Wine

The preexisting territory is the cradle of the vines selected and then planted.
The hands and heart of man are their true nutriment, and in the end make the final product outstanding.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO RISERVA | DOCG

Brunello di Montalcino Riserva comes from carefully selecting grapes from our best Sangiovese vineyards. The climate, prevalently mild, ensures a gradual and complete ripening of the fruit, contributing to the health of the grapes until the harvest. The soil, predominantly marl but with a good presence of fossils, contributes to the maximum expression of Sangiovese.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO | DOCG

The Brunello di Montalcino Molino di Sant’Antimo represents the highest expression of our products. The careful selection of grapes, pure Sangiovese, their vinification with appropriate techniques, and their continuous control during the long ageing in oak barrels with a capacity of 60 Hl allow us to appreciate the exceptional qualities of this wine. Its colour is ruby red, the bouquet fruity and spicy, the flavor aromatic and velvety, particularly elegant, and persistent.

ROSSO DI MONTALCINO | DOC

A wine of nature and characteristics similar to Brunello di Montalcino, deep ruby red, soft and rich, with a bouquet of extraordinary freshness. Aged in oak barrels for one year, it will mature quickly, improving in the 3/5 years following bottling, becoming even more nuanced and elegant.

ROMITO TERRE DEI VITTORI | IGT

A red wine selected from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese grapes vinified in red using the traditional method. The low yield per hectare and a careful selection of grapes guarantees this cru a superior quality; the ageing in French oak barriques makes this wine tannic but delicate and rounded, rich in aromas and fragrances.

OLINTO | SANT’ANTIMO ROSSO DOC

With ‘Olinto,’ we bring to light one of our territory’s historical and indigenous vines: Canaiolo, produced for the first time in purity at Molino di Sant’Antimo. This wine has an intense ruby red colour and a particularly fruity bouquet releasing fresh and floral notes. On the palate, it is balsamic, soft-bodied, and velvety.

  GINA | IGT TOSCANA ROSATO

The new entry at Molino di Sant’Antimo. The Sangiovese grapes are meticulously selected for the purpose, destemmed without crushing, and after a brief period of maceration on the skins, they are pressed. Fermentation and ageing are in steel at a controlled temperature.

IL BIANCO | IGT TOSCANA CHARDONNAY

This white grape variety is well suited to the hills of our estate. The vineyards are located at an average altitude of 300 metres above sea level. The clones are selected from among the best in central Tuscany. Harvesting is early, generally at the end of August. The grapes are destemmed without crushing and lightly pressed. The consumer can appreciate the intense, fruity aroma and flavours.
