MOLINO WINE EXPERIENCE
WINERY TOUR & WINE TASTING
Touring the cellar is an excellent opportunity to get familiar with the Brunello di Montalcino region and Molino di Sant’Antimo wines. You will be accompanied through the production process during the tour.
This wine experience ends with a guided tasting of three different estate wines, including Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino.
During the wine tasting, which will be accompanied by typical Tuscan snacks, you can admire the incredible views from our tasting room overlooking the vineyards.
MOLINO LUNCH
WITH WINE TASTING
This extraordinary experience will give the possibility to participate in an authentic Tuscan lunch, prepared with love by the expert hands of Susanna. Each of the three typical courses will be paired with a wine of our production, including Brunello di Montalcino.
The lunch will take place at the nineteenth-century farmhouse “Podernuovo dei Campi”, the corporate headquarters and private residence of the Vittori family. The spacious Villa has been beautifully restored and will welcome guests in familiar atmosphere with modern comforts.
MOLINO BRUNCH
WITH WINE TASTING
The Molino Brunch takes place in our garden with panoramic view on the Orcia River Valley, Mount Amiata and the vineyards surrounding us.
Susanna’ snacks will accompany you during the tasting while we’ll chat about Molino and our wines.
We’ll leave you time to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside with a nice spring breeze.
PLEASE NOTE: From April to June (10.00am to 12.00pm) – if the weather conditions are suitable. We reserve the right to decide whether to do this or to offer one of the alternatives above. If it has been raining or is too hot, we won’t plan this activity outside – we’ll plan it inside the family house, if it is available.
MOLINO CHEF EXPERIENCE
COOKING CLASS & LUNCH
Get ready to get your hands “kneaded”!
Born and bred Montalcinese chef Giacomo will teach you the basics of the Montalcinese/Tuscan cuisine. The result of your efforts will be paired with our wines which will be served by him during lunch.
Everything will take place at the family house from 10.00am to 3.00pm ca.
We only organize this activity for groups of max. 4 people. Everyone will be taken care of by the chef and will be followed step by step during the process of learning, cooking, and tasting.
